We figured it was about time to replace the roof... OK, maybe it is 7 years past due time, but while we were at it, why not replace the quickly deteriorating deck? Not to mention our sliding glass door was falling apart and no longer opening correctly and needed replaced. 
We also thought while we're at it, the front deck is falling apart too. Maybe we could get that one replaced...
